Despite the warm Tuesday evening in North Finchley, The Bohemia was chock full of boozy quizzers looking to put all of the “useless” information swimming round their brains to productive use. However, one team was by far and away the most productive. Previous winners here on a number of occasions, 'Straight Outta Craggy' trounced a “Rugged Island” of 11 other teams by a full 5 points, taking the title and the £50 bar tab first prize with an excellent 38 points. The two teams in joint “silver medal” position on 33 were promising newcomers 'Quizraelites' and experienced regulars The Sockrobbers. The highly coveted honour of coming second last (partly thanks to Billy No Mates becoming ‘Billy No People At All’ by leaving before the end) came down to a quickfire tie-breaker, with Shorties and Where Is My Girlfriend? tied on 24. In the end, WIMG? were quicker on the draw, and took home a bottle of red wine for their efforts.
