Spitballin' 4 Team Inebriated's Epic Win

"Half a point for Beavis AND Butt-Head?! NO WONDER THIS COUNTRY'S GOING DOWN THE F**KING DRAIN". Not my words, but the words of a disgruntled member of HUWLESS AND CLUELESS last night after a tense quiz at Beer Hawk.

Coming up the rear, we have new team, RUBY TUESDAY, who just missed out on the bottle of wine, despite Chris (South Bank's resident A$AP Rocky expert) joining the team at a crucial A$AP Rocky moment. Hard luck, lads.

Next up, and winning the much lusted over second-to-last-place bottle of wine we have Billy (pictured) and the rest of GOD SMOKING POT. Many congratulations to your wonderful team for winning delicious booze (and to Billy in particular - me and your mum are very proud of you).
Going up the leaderboard, we have a bit of controversy with a half a point lead secured by THE BIG FACT HUNT. Should they have received half a point for Beavis AND Butt-Head? Dave reckoned they should and after some good old fashioned beer bribery, it was confirmed that HUWLESS & CLUELESS finished in 5th place with 30 points and THE BIG FACT HUNT finished in 4th place with 30.5. Personally, I don't think the half point was merited, so I would have said it was a dead-heat between the two teams. However, as me and Sharon from THE BIG FACT HUNT are now BFFs (Best Friends Forever), I'll let it slide. Thank you SO MUCH for everyone from Network Rail for coming down and bringing such fabulousness and fierce competitiveness to the quiz. Please come again soon (particularly you, Billy).

Now, in third place, we have THE BEER HAWES, who are consistently brilliant. Well done Andy and Trev and crew - you bring so much joy to my heart.

Just missing out on the top spot, we have dear friends of the quiz, Dave and Kendra, who this week were Spitballin for everyone's favourite household pet, the German Cat. With only two people on the team SPITBALLIN FOR GERMAN CATS scored a total of 37 points. Holy shizballs! That's a truly terrific result. Dave and Kendra, you are genuinely very clever. Well done.

But, managing to secure one more point, and therefore winning the absolutely delectable £50 bar tab, was your friends and mine, TEAM INEBRIATED! Kristian, Dave, Mark, Kate and James you're absolutely brilliant. Well done on a much deserved £50 bar tab, and enjoy the sweet taste of not paying for booze.
