On an evening where we welcomed mostly familiar participants that have come to our event many times before, a couple of our most regular squads teamed up - for the practical reason of there not being enough available tables! - to form a super-team that won the top prize by 1.5 points. This way, a couple of gentlemen were very happy to have become, even if for only 1 night, part of the "ruthless bunny squad" aka the "Bunnies". Relative newcomers 2-member strong 'Perpetual Disappointment' were unable to hold a 2-point half-time advantage, slumping down the leader-board over the 2nd part of the quiz. However, they still managed to have a shot at the Jackpot, which they sadly lost at the 3rd card, causing it to roll over to a respectable £175 next week.
