Corona can’t keep us down... maybe...

With the rise of the global pandemic looming there was certainly a slightly smaller number of players for trivia last night... however the people in attendance had a feeling of hope that was hopefully not accompanied by a feeling of a slight cough and build up of phlegm...
With a fair number of teams including the delightful bar staff in team “bar bitch” ready to play we had a slightly later start than normal but once we were underway we fired on all cylinders!
Despite a huge effort from the boys of the MTA the night was once again won by Kirily & Mike & Bernadette’s Team... this week in honour of StPatricks day kindly named “kiss my Blarney Stone” which upon reflection I realise was a butt joke and not as polite as I initially suspected...
So with luck the virus will remain far enough from our shores that we will continue playing trivia next week and if we do then stay tuned, same bat time, same bat channel! :)
